My goal with academic counselling is to help you understand why you are experiencing these emotions and build tools to manage these emotions and help your mental health. How can Academic Counselling Help?
  • My academic counselling helps target procrastination, test anxiety, academic anxiety, and poor performance by targeting the underlying factors which contribute to these behaviours.

  • My approach is educational and tool-based. We will work together to target your goals, releasing academic anxiety and allowing for a focus on performance.
